We?re excited about a new year and a new feature update we recently released around Goal Setting! We?ve added a new option when setting Organizational Goals — the ability to automatically aggregate milestones on associated Team Member goals to give a real-time view of how your organization is progressing.
This update will allow your organization to:
-?Automatically aggregate associated Team Member goals, and update the Organizational Goal progress bar when a Team Member updates their associated goal.
-?Decide whether to hide or display associated Team Member goals on the Organizational Goal page, while still aggregating completed milestones.
-?Further filter and search the aggregated list as an HR Admin to monitor progress and analyze goal data.
