Constantly intrigued by what makes some businesses and individuals more successful than others, Chris has dedicated years of research to uncovering what drives productivity and profits. A certified SCRUM Master, Chris is highly adept at helping teams work through obstacles and find solutions quickly and effectively. He leverages this experience in all aspects of his work. Edward Macdonald

Edward Macdonald, Co-Founder of AGL, has been using life coaching to improve millennial professionalism, focus, and interpersonal skills for his entire career. Edward, known as Eddy to his friends and family, firmly believes in the power of the coaching process and knows that there has never been a more important time to utilize the coaching process to build leaders. An enthusiastic and visionary co-founder of the AGL, he draws from a broad range of experiences, having formally and personally studied a diverse range of coaching modalities. Edward currently holds five coaching certifications from the Applied Neuroscience Institute, The Center for Coaching Excellence, and Coach Training EDU. He is also pursuing the Master Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation, and hopes to use it to continue helping clients achieve breakthroughs in all areas of life.

 

Shara Pierce

Shara, Strategic Planning Consultant at Paterson Center, has spent 12 years experience in the non-profit field serving as a consultant, executive team member, program developer, board member, and volunteer. She loves helping people to “think greater” as they strive to achieve strategic goals. Her experience and expertise made her the perfect fit for her current role of Director of Consulting at Save the Storks, where she now works to help PRCs develop innovative new programs and provides consulting and trainings equipping them to improve their life-saving work as a Paterson Center STRATOP facilitator.

 

Sharon Sellers

Sharon Sellers, SHRM-SCP, is President of SLS Consulting, an HR training and services firm. Her employee management career includes holding senior HR positions in various industries, testifying before Congress on employee related legislation and harassment issues, volunteering on a national level through the Society of HR Management, and being quoted as a subject matter expert through national media in the areas of workplace harassment, workplace violence, and employee engagement.

 

Shawn Cloete

Shawn Cloete, a native of South Africa and Founder of THIINK, has spent his 17 year career as an information, communication, technology (ICT) and business development professional, and has always been passionate about embracing new technology. Over the years, he has been fortunate to have worked with major corporations such as DeBeers, PSL, WBHO, Equra Health/CancerCare and Sage. He now works at THIINK to help companies grow their businesses through Staff Engagement, Staff recognition and rewards, Goal settings, Performance management, Project management and much more.
