Allow your managers to score their direct reports on a scale of 1-10 after each section of the review to provide an overall performance score.
The participant will only be able to see the final score on the compare results page after the participants review has been released.
HR Admins will have the ability to view all participant’s scores and sort the scores from high to low in the Performance Review details.
