THE WHY
Employees leave companies for a variety of different reasons. Your main objective is to find out why your employee is deciding to leave. Over time, you will be able to detect common themes and therefore can take action before you lose any more employees.
THE WHAT
Find out what could have been done to keep them. More responsibilities, career growth, defined goals and objectives? Gathering data about what other companies are offering and what your company can offer better will help you uncover the gaps.
THE HOW
Finally find out how your organization can improve. Honest feedback from exiting employees can help you better retain current employees and reduce turnover.
