cham·pi·on [cham-pee-uhn] noun 1. A Sparcet evangelist 2. Person who jump starts and promotes Sparcet within their organization

How to be a Champion:

• Send all of your Sparcets for the month, every month
• Print and hand deliver at least 10% of the Sparcets you give
• Print and post in your office at least 10% of the Sparcets you receive
• Encourage others to give Sparcets
• Make sure celebrations happen (monthly)
• Review the Sparcet feed
• Like and Comment on some Sparcets
• Educate new team members on the SPARCET app and why it is important
• Seek and Recruit other champions
• Forward champion tips as appropriate
• Socialize the app and individual Sparcets – topics for discussion
• Encourage Sparcets to be posted to social media networks
• Point of contact for any/all Sparcet questions for all users
