New From Teamphoria: Customizable Leaderboard Points

As you probably already know as an employee engagement aficionado, the Leaderboard in Teamphoria is a great way to openly celebrate your top engagers, and encourage more Team Members to get involved in your organization.

Before today, Leaderboard points were only earned by sending or receiving employee recognition. Now you can earn Leaderboard points for submitting and replying to employee communication, liking and commenting on feed items, or even having a birthday or work anniversary!

And the coolest part? All the points are now customizable by you. Yep, you (if you’re an admin that is)! Head on over to the Admin page and click Leaderboard Points to get started.
